WHO can use Sanshin System?
- Primary Aluminium & aluminium alloy manufacturers
- Secondary Aluminium manufacturers (melt down scrap to make aluminium alloys)
- Die-cast manufacturers (use aluminium/aluminium alloy to manufacture final products)
WHAT does the system do?
- Sanshin System directly processes the dross while it is still in its hot, thermiting state. This type of processing keeps aluminium metal loss to a minimum while also eliminating the need to reheat the dross. Almost all (over 90%) of the aluminium within the dross can be recovered. Any residual oxides left over after metal recovery are classified by the system. Depending on the Client’s country regulations and overall company vision, these residual oxides can have various avenues for reuse and/or safe disposal.
